Who is DBG?

DBG Benefit Solutions is a national benefits management company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona that provides benefit management programs to companies of all sizes. DBG provides our customers with end-to-end benefits management throughout the Benefit Management Lifecycle™, including procurement, communication, enrollment, administration, billing & eligibility, and vendor management. DBG is founded on the principle of financial accountability for benefits, delivered in a quality service offering.

How long has DBG been providing benefit management solutions?

DBG Benefit Solutions was established in 1975 as DBI. DBG's principals average more than 20 years of experience in the industry. DBG helps our customers leverage necessary resources to solve complex business issues associated with benefits management.

What issues does DBG provide solutions to?

Today, efficiency is a top priority for businesses. Employee benefits are often an expensive budget item for nearly every organization. Associated benefits management is very complex and inefficient. Today, many organizations have a very expensive item, managed in a chaotic fashion, with little if any financial accountability. DBG Benefit Solutions has established a service offering, using our Benefit Management Lifecycle™, as a blueprint to map an efficient and documented process tracking everything from benefit transactions to expenses. Traditional benefits advice and services factor in our end-to-end solution. For this reason DBG also provides an integrated benefits brokerage service for program procurement and communication services. In addition, our background gives us the ability to consult, implement and manage complex flex programs, health care consumerism plans, innovative plan design features and voluntary worksite benefit offerings.
